How far do you travel for photos?
I’m available for photos anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Annville, PA. A small travel fee may apply for locations outside that service area.
How should I prepare my home for photos?
To make the most of your photos, please have the home cleaned and de-cluttered as best you can prior to your appointment. When you schedule photos I’ll send you a handy checklist to help you and your sellers focus their home-tidying efforts for maximum visual impact.
How soon will I get my photos?
You’ll receive your edited, MLS-ready photos the next day.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Not a problem! Please give me as much notice as possible and we can change your appointment time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee.
What happens if it rains during my appointment?
If it is raining at the time of your photos, I will return to reshoot the exteriors free of charge. If it’s cloudy but not raining, I can still shoot the exterior photos and swap out the sky in Photoshop. Indoor photos will look lovely rain or shine. However, you are always welcome to reschedule if the forecast is calling for rain.
Can you Photoshop...?
Maybe, but just because something can be Photoshopped doesn’t mean it should be. For the highest quality images (and truest to life) please make sure that everything is picture-ready before your appointment.
Who owns the rights to the photos?
I retain the copyright to all photos taken during your appointment. The digital images you receive may be used online or in print for the purposes of marketing your real estate listing. If you wish to license any images for purposes beyond the scope of your real estate listing, please contact me for a quote.
